Donzi Donzi is a Y2K Hanoverian/TB filly by the Elite Hanoverian Don Alfredo out of the TB mare, The Sequel. The Sequel was a successful 3'6" hunter before retiring to be a broodmare. The Sequel was consistently a hack winner and always demonstrated excellent form over fences. This is her 4th foal and all have received her movement and sweet disposition. Donzi should finish around 16h and has been handled daily since birth. Donzi has very correct conformation and a typey look to her. In 2003 Donzi was Champion 3 yr old Hunter Breeding at the IHF Finals in Kentucky. Her resume includes numerous other wins on the line. Donzi is a fabulous mover with lots of suspension. She will win the hacks from Indio to West Palm. Already numerous wins at "A" shows in the baby green under saddle classes. Donzi was started over fences this fall and shows incredible promise. With her fabulous movement, quiet disposition and incredible jumping form, Donzi is a true "A" circuit hunter prospect.
She is fully nominated for the International Hunter Futurity and is eligible for a certificate of pedigree from the American Hanoverian Society. Lifetime AHSA card. Donzi is extremely sweet and easy to handle. Other show results: Top Ten finish at the 2003 International Hunter Futurity Performance Finals. Hack winner A2 Sweet Charity Farm show in the baby greens. Because of Donzi's dams untimely death and a tragic accident in the pasture, Donzi was bred in 2004 to Rio Grande since she is our only remaining mare from this dam line. We loved Reggie and Marko so much we bred Donzi again to Rio Grande in 2007. Donzi had a gorgeous filly by Westporte in 2008.
